Requirements
- Software development experience in healthcare or another regulated industry (e.g., finance, security)
- Experience handling PHI under HIPAA, including least-privilege access and audit trails
- 7+ years of professional software engineering, with strong production experience in: Node.js TypeScript React / React Router / Remix PostgreSQL and ORMs API Development AWS, including serverless (Lambda, SQS/SNS) and infrastructure as code (CDK) Preferred: Healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, Redox or similar) Working with ETL/ELT pipelines Python SOC2 Standards Accessibility (WCAG) and component design systems Special Considerations We are a remote-first company with occasional travel for on-sites. This role will require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be based in the US
