Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Software Engineer at RealFinder.com.
The responsibilities include the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable software systems and back-end components that power the global real estate platform.
The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write efficient code, and contribute to creating an innovative and reliable technology infrastructure.
The role also involves solving complex technical challenges and ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who thrives on solving complex engineering problems, building scalable systems, and driving product execution with high ownership.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in: Node.js , Next.js , NestJS, PostgreSQL
- Strong system architecture and backend design skills
- Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for debugging complex systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Strong expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience working with distributed systems, databases, and scalable architectures
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with global-scale platforms and real estate tech is a plus
