Backend Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
• L2/L3 production support
• for Java-based applications and microservices.
• Monitor application health, logs, and system metrics to ensure
• high availability and performance

• Analyze and resolve

• , including performance degradation, memory leaks, and service outages.
• Perform
• root cause analysis (RCA)
• for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
