We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will play a key role in shaping high-impact software products and leading technical excellence across development initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to system architecture decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering reliable, enterprise-grade applications.
You will be responsible for solving complex engineering challenges, improving development standards, and helping transform business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

Technical Architecture

Team Collaboration
Partner with product teams, designers, quality assurance specialists, and engineering colleagues to deliver high-performing digital products.
Code Quality and Best Practices
Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and promote engineering best practices across projects.
Mentorship
Provide guidance and coaching to Junior and Mid-level Engineers while supporting technical problem-solving and professional development.
Performance Optimization
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
Experience
7+ years of software engineering experience with proven exposure to enterprise applications and complex technical environments.
Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong experience with modern programming frameworks, API development, cloud-based systems, relational databases, and scalable software architecture.
Problem Solving
Ability to translate business requirements into practical, high-quality technical solutions while balancing delivery timelines and system reliability.
Communication Skills
Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
Mindset
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement matter.
Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
