Responsibilities:
- You will contribute to the design and implementation of an AI/ML compiler and ensure that it integrates well with rest of our ML software stack.

- Strong programming expertise in C++ and Python
- Compiler knowledge, ideally experience with ML compilation technologies such as MLIR or TVM
- Understanding of how to rigorously test software and design software for test
- Ability to effectively use AI tools when working on a shared codebase
- Capable of working independently or in small groups, with a high degree of initiative
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

- Exposure to any of the following: driver development, inference engines like llama.cpp or vLLM, performance analysis of ML and GenAI workloads, knowledge of Neural Network Processing Units (NPU) or Graphics Processing Units (GPU) and how they are used for ML.
In Return:
You will receive a competitive reward package which includes generous stock awards and a range of benefits to support your wellbeing. We strive to provide an open and accepting environment where you are encouraged to share your ideas and opinions, which enables collective innovation and creativity, and supports your professional and personal growth.
