This is a hands-on production role, not a research or prototyping role.
The role builds AI-agent systems used by real users and business systems.
What You Will Do
- Build session and context systems with persistence, resumption, handover, identity, and entitlement resolution.
- Build retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents within cost and latency constraints.
- Build citable document intelligence for manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts.
- Build an agentic runtime for multi-step work, tool use, and human escalation decisions.
- Support speech and image input alongside text.
- Build an evaluation harness that gates claims about autonomy.
- Build a language interface over scheduling and optimization engines.
- Build security protections for prompt injection, personal data, guardrails, audit, and data residency.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have built, or been a core builder of, a production system live with real users.
- Experience with action-taking LLM agents, production backend development, S2S orchestration, API gateways, and multi-tenant SaaS is required.
- Experience with Go and Python is required.
- Experience with production GenAI, RAG pipelines, embeddings, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation is required.
- Experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, MCP, MCP development, and plan-based agentic development is required.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and CI/CD is required.
- AI latency and cost optimization and specification-driven development are preferred.
