Senior Software Engineer

Role and team

What you will do

• Build and operate customer-facing AI platform services, agent runtimes, orchestration, tool execution, state management, and recovery paths.
• Integrate LLM workflows into production with attention to correctness, reliability, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Evaluate models and providers; own AI evaluation, tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops.
• Write tested, documented code and collaborate across product, design, data, security, and engineering.
• Operate services integrating with PostgreSQL, SQS, gRPC, and REST APIs; contribute technical leadership, reviews, pairing, and mentorship.

Experience and qualifications

• Five or more years building, shipping, and operating production software systems; strong production Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, tool orchestration, or LLM-powered workflows, and experience with agent frameworks or similar tooling.
• Experience with MCP, vector databases, retrieval, RAG, or AI evaluation platforms.
• Experience integrating with PHP and Java services and working with cloud infrastructure and containers such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience with API-driven design, distributed systems, data modeling, and reliable service boundaries.
• Strong software engineering, testing, security-minded development, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Business-level written and spoken English.
