- Build web experiences and own critical work through implementation, validation, release, and production monitoring.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, accessibility, localization, security, and maintainability; resolve production and integration issues.
- Establish testing, automation, observability, CI/CD quality gates, and release validation; improve Core Web Vitals, load time, caching, and API efficiency.
- Improve developer workflows and productivity with reusable frameworks, libraries, tooling, documentation, and consistent engineering practices.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, production deployments, and release validation.
- Strong system design and architectural trade-off skills; ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with engineering and business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications

- Cloud platform experience such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; CMS, experimentation, personalization, analytics instrumentation, or commerce checkout experience.
- Experience with micro-frontends, monorepos, shared component libraries, design systems, or platform engineering.
- Experience improving developer experience, engineering productivity, CI/CD automation, and observability with tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, Splunk, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
- Experience driving quality through E2E automation, performance testing, monitoring, and production-readiness practices; AI-assisted engineering exposure is a plus.
