Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor architectural works for villa projects on-site.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
- Review architectural drawings and identify discrepancies during execution.
- Inspect sites for quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and project schedules.
- Coordinate flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and façade finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare site reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support delivery of high-quality villas within the agreed timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience; real estate developer experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in villa construction and luxury residential projects.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings, finishing works, and site execution.
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and site supervision skills.
- Experience on UAE projects is preferred.
