Duties and responsibilities
- Support training devices as point of contact for complex software, hardware, and performance-QTG issues; provide technical support and on-the-job training.
- Manage software configuration control and help debug and resolve complex simulator issues.
- Develop, implement, test, integrate, and present fixes on simulators.
- Monitor issues assigned to specialists and participate in project reviews.
- Review system design and architecture against project and customer requirements.
- Support installation through software integration, performance-QTG, and hardware requirements.
- Contribute to acceptance activities and review of the initial Master QTG.
- When applicable, liaise with authorities on recurrent evaluations, status reports, and related communications.
- Attend technical, evaluation debrief, and SLA review meetings; collaborate with customers, engineers, and authorities.
- Undertake short-term dispatch for AOG situations.
