Role Overview
Lead technical operations supporting a new flight simulation training centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Oversee maintenance, readiness, reliability, regulatory compliance, and service quality for advanced flight simulation training equipment.
Work across people leadership, engineering, customer partnership, and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering and technical operations team at the customer site.
- Ensure training devices operate according to certification standards.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Act as the customer contact for technical and operational issues.
- Track compliance, quality metrics, SLA measures, defects, and interruptions.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for operational deviations.
- Manage team performance and training-device quality against contractual terms.
- Prepare operational rosters and ensure sufficient coverage.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet operational needs.

Requirements
- Experience leading or managing an engineering or technical operations team.
- Ability to maintain training devices in accordance with certification standards.
- Ability to manage simulator readiness, reliability, availability, and service quality.
- Ability to manage customer technical and operational queries and issues.
- Ability to monitor compliance, quality metrics, KPIs, defects, and interruptions.
- Ability to create operational rosters and ensure sufficient team coverage.
