Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer (m/f/d)

About This Role

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer to join our client’s technology team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and enhancing Major Incident Management and Change Management processes, building robust integrations, and delivering scalable ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Major Incident Management (MIM) and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware
• Configure and manage workflow automation, scripting, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and ensure upgrade‑safe configurations
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with architects, process owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Support release management, solution documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Proven experience implementing Major Incident Management and Change Management
• Solid experience integrating with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Hands‑on knowledge of webhooks and middleware platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation
• In‑depth understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
• Experience with workflow scripting, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and system upgrades
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in enterprise and complex IT environments

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM or equivalent)
• Experience in regulated or large‑scale enterprise environments
• Exposure to DevOps or continuous improvement practices
• Experience working in KSA or GCC enterprise environments
