Senior ServiceNow Developer (HRSD)
About This Role
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will drive configuration and development across catalogue design, workflow automation, UI Builder, and integrations—ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
This is a hands-on senior role within a vendor-led programme, requiring deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise deployments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced Service Catalog items (dynamic forms, UI policies, scripts)
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and automation for HR lifecycle events
- Configure Employee Centre using UI Builder (dashboards, portals, search)
- Implement ACLs and role-based security controls
- Support REST integrations and IntegrationHub configurations
- Ensure platform performance, upgrade-safe configurations, and best practices
- Collaborate in Agile delivery, support UAT, and maintain documentation
✅ Requirements
- 5–10 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Service Catalog & workflow automation
- Flow Designer & scripting (GlideRecord, Business Rules)
- UI Builder / Employee Centre
- REST APIs & integrations
- ACLs and security models
- Experience in enterprise-scale or greenfield implementations
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)
