Senior Service Engineer

Work location

• The posting specifies on-site work five days a week.

Service and maintenance

• Commission and service chillers and HVAC systems, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Handle chiller and low-side equipment complaints according to ASM instructions and company guidelines.
• Carry out timely chiller preventive maintenance under company SOPs; investigate failures and share root cause analyses with the Quality team and FFL.
• Deliver quality service work and complete assigned tasks on time.

Customer and team coordination

• Handle customer service requirements and conduct customer follow-ups and scheduled meetings.
• Manage and coordinate the team and work with the Service Coordinator on schedules, parts, and other requirements.
• Hold weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlogs; update the Service Manager and coordinator on monthly plans.
• Generate leads.

Reporting and safety

• Provide daily reports to the office and ASM; share service reports and parts requirements with the Deployer.
• Follow Trane EHS guidelines and meet safety and vehicle-audit requirements.

Qualifications and experience

• Requires graduation, diploma, or ITI in mechanical, R&AC, electrical, or electronics.
• Requires at least five years of on-site chiller experience and good technical knowledge of chillers.
• Requires practical hands-on experience with chiller installation, warranty, and annual maintenance contract services.
• Requires operational user experience with MS Office, internet, and email.
• Requires a driving licence for a four-wheeler or two-wheeler.
