Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands‐on experience with 3‐Phase UPS installation and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, protection devices, and control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical faults under pressure.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices and reliability engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‐focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise 3‐Phase UPS installations at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve UPS breakdowns and performance issues promptly.
- Develop and carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all 3‐Phase equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior service engineers.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
- Interact with customers to explain technical findings and recommend solutions.
