- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their service needs and answering any questions or concerns they may have. **Act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of the required services.** Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. **Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs.** Upsell additional services and products to customers based on their needs and preferences. **Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.** Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, service techniques, and product knowledge. **Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.**

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
