Role overview

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain security processes, procedures, and checklists; track tasks and tickets through closure.
• Monitor alerts, vulnerabilities, and risks; triage, escalate to owners, and keep trackers current.
• Support incident response by preserving evidence, maintaining timelines, coordinating responders, and drafting reports and summaries.
• Maintain cybersecurity and privacy policies, procedures, guidelines, and audit-ready compliance evidence.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on security posture, risks, remediation, and compliance.
• Support awareness and internal communications; prepare security documentation and customer and partner questionnaire responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in security operations, IT operations, data security, privacy, or compliance support; internships and graduate programmes count.
• Working knowledge of alert monitoring, vulnerability management, access and entitlement review, log review, and incident documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud services and common security technologies; major cloud-platform exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or PCI DSS; audit or certification support experience is a plus.
• Basic awareness of Saudi security and personal data protection requirements, such as SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, PDPL, or NCA controls.
• Clear written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable with process, documentation, and cross-team coordination. Entry-level security certifications are a plus, not required.
