About This Role
Overview
- We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in **Fortinet (FortiGate)** firewalls, along with working knowledge of **Palo Alto**, **F5 WAF**, and **Load Balancers**.
- The role requires hands-on experience in firewall management, troubleshooting, and basic exposure to endpoint and cloud security.### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and manage **Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls**
- Configure and support **Palo Alto firewalls** (mid-level expertise)
- Manage and troubleshoot **F5 WAF and Load Balancers**
- Perform firewall rule reviews, policy management, and optimization
- Handle **incident management and troubleshooting** for network/security issues
- Collaborate with internal teams for security enhancements and deployments
- Provide basic support on **endpoint security solutions (EDR/Antivirus)**
- Assist in **cloud security implementations** (AWS/Azure – basic level)
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with **Fortinet / FortiGate** (mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of **Palo Alto firewalls**
- Experience with **F5 WAF and Load Balancing**
- Solid understanding of **network security concepts and firewall technologies**
- Basic knowledge of **endpoint security (EDR, Antivirus)**
- Basic exposure to **cloud security (AWS/Azure)**
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in **Fortinet / Palo Alto / F5**
- Exposure to **SASE / Zero Trust concepts (nice to have)**
Soft Skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
