About This Role
Education
**Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering.** Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
**Minimum 8–12 years in cybersecurity.** Minimum 5 years in enterprise security architecture.
**Experience in government or regulated environment (preferred)** Experience managing or governing outsourced SOC services (preferred) **Experience with enterprise network security infrastructure.**
**Technical Expertise (Mandatory)** Network security architecture **Firewall management (Palo Alto / Fortinet)** SIEM architecture understanding (LogRhythm preferred) **Identity & Access Management (AD, MFA, Privileged Access)** Vulnerability management (Tenable preferred) **Endpoint security technologies** Incident response leadership **Risk assessment methodologies** Regulatory compliance frameworks Preferred Experience **Zero Trust architecture** EDR/XDR deployment **Cloud security** CyberArk administration **F5 WAF security tuning** Purple Team participation **Threat modeling frameworks Certifications: At least two of:**CISSP **CISM** CCSP **ISO 27001 Lead Implementer** CCNP Security **GCIA / GCIH Behavioral Competencies** Strong decision-making capability **Ability to challenge vendors technically** Executive communication skills **Risk-based thinking** Governance mindset **Cross-team coordination ability Performance KPIs** Reduction in critical vulnerabilities **Improvement in audit findings** SOC SLA compliance oversight **Successful EDR implementation** Firewall rule optimization & segmentation improvements **MFA adoption coverage** Security maturity improvement score
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per hour
