Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong solution architecture experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on development expertise with the ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
Design, develop, and implement customised solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems utilising REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, including bulkification, exception handling, and maintaining high test coverage.
Support deployments and manage tasks using tools like Azure DevOps.
Optimise data models and sharing architecture through Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery and platform stability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively adopt relevant new features.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
Proven experience with HexaBPM Managed Package.
Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Experience
with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and various integration patterns.
Solid understanding of data modelling, security models, sharing rules, and Salesforce governance limits.
Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions as a Solution Architect, including system integration and technical roadmap planning.
Experience
with Salesforce Data Analytics, Einstein, and Agentforce.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience
leading technical workshops and presenting architecture proposals to stakeholders.
