Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce CPQ and CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Configure and develop: Complex product structures and bundles, Pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows, Quote templates, document generation, and contract templates
- Implement end-to-end contract lifecycle processes: Contract creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Ensure accurate, compliant quoting and contract generation
- Develop high-quality solutions using: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, Validation rules, triggers, and asynchronous processing
- Build and maintain integrations via: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft – preferred)
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
- Support end-to-end Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) processes
- Automate pricing, approvals, and contract workflows
- Handle complex scenarios including: Multi-currency and global pricing, Subscription, ramp, and usage-based pricing, Amendments, renewals, and proration
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release planning
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ
- Solid experience with CLM implementations
- Advanced proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework, Salesforce data model and security model
- Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycle processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
