We're Hiring \| Senior Salesforce Architect (Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Specialist)
ConX is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect who lives and breathes Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

What You'Ll Do
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud engagements
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across the team
- Lead technical decisions, design reviews, and cross-cloud integration patterns
- Mentor junior architects and consultants; shape how great Salesforce solutions are built
- Roll up your sleeves, this is strictly a hands-on role
What You Bring
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with senior architecture exposure
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement, Intelligence, Personalization) and Data Cloud
- Experience designing multi-cloud, integrated enterprise solutions
- Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certificates are must-have
- Salesforce Core Cloud knowledge is a strong plus
- Salesforce CAA or CSA certified is a strong plus
- Marketing Cloud Developer is a strong plus
- B2C Solution Architect certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills, equally comfortable with executives and dev teams
