Senior Sales Officer
About This Role
A Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. Key responsibilities include:Typical Sales Office Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new leads via phone, email, and video calls to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact, building relationships, and handling queries to ensure client retention.
- Presentations & Negotiations: Demonstrating product value, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to support order fulfillment and product knowledge.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
