About Us
We are a growing accounting and bookkeeping firm offering professional financial services to SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive who can promote our services, build client relationships, and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Pitch accounting and bookkeeping services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and consultations.
- Understand client needs and offer customized service packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in accounting, financial services, or SaaS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience selling professional or financial services.
- Understanding of UAE VAT, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero) is an advantage.
