Overview

Responsible for managing the leasing of residential units in the complex, ensuring the achievement of the complex's financial and marketing objectives, developing and implementing marketing plans to attract tenants, organizing unit tours, preparing and reviewing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, communicating with potential and current tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues, monitoring rent collection and payments, taking necessary action in case of delays, preparing periodic reports on financial and marketing performance, and submitting proposals to improve revenue and operations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· 7-10 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management.

· Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Experience in leasing residential properties and preparing lease agreements.

· Knowledge of leasing regulations and contract management.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property management systems is a plus.

· Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Work Location in Riyadh
