Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments, ensuring regular engagement and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Sales Execution: Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives and client needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and achievements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Event teams to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and service delivery.
- Client Visits & Inspections: Organize and conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client information using the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Event Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions to promote brand visibility and business growth.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and legal requirements in all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or related industry.
- Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
