Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in kitchen, food prep areas, scullery, and pantries, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Assist with food prep, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness of fridges, freezers, and storage areas.
- Support receiving, storing, and organizing stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications
- Service oriented with an eye for detail
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferred
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
