Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager – Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding client accounts within performance marketing, including campaigns across mobile, desktop, and influencer channels.
Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, leading client pitches, developing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms.
The role also involves collaborating with internal performance, product, and operations teams to design and optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
The Senior Sales Manager will analyze campaign performance data, produce regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning to help scale the performance marketing business in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing sales, including managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, account growth, and contract negotiation.
- Experience working with digital advertising platforms, data-driven campaign optimization, and multi-channel marketing (mobile, desktop, influencer).
- Ability to interpret campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and use insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in the MENA region and familiarity with local digital advertising landscape; UAE or regional market experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong organizational and time management skills.
