🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading influencer rate negotiations across nano to mega creators
- Managing contracts, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and payment schedules
- Coordinating procurement processes including approvals, POs, and invoices
- Building strong relationships with agencies, talent managers, and MCNs across UAE & KSA
- Managing influencer expectations and ensuring smooth campaign execution
- Maintaining talent databases with pricing, performance insights, and availability
- Tracking campaign performance and optimizing future talent decisions
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of the GCC/MENA influencer ecosystem
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
- Energetic personality with excellent communication and networking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
