With locations in the Second Industrial Support Area in Al Jubail, Dammam Industrial City, and Riyadh, Al-Ertifaa focuses on timely, cost-effective solutions, supported by experienced professionals and a culture of leadership and innovation.

Your Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the construction, infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project developers, construction companies, and industrial facilities
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for steel rebar, building materials, cut & bend services
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the steel and building materials sector
  • Report sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely delivery and service quality
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, projects, and sales activities
  • Represent Al-Ertifaa at industry events, project sites, and client meetings

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the steel rebar industry in Saudi Arabia
  • Direct experience working with construction companies, infrastructure projects, or industrial facilities
  • Strong knowledge of rebar products, building materials, and related construction supplies
  • Familiarity with cut & bend services and metal jacketing products is a plus
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Arabic; good command of English for business communication
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

Required

  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow client accounts
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Technical understanding of steel products and construction materials
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Organized with good time management and planning skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Knowledge of the Saudi construction and industrial market
