Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jeddah, with opportunities for remote work.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing and nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Daily responsibilities include proposing tailored equipment solutions, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities.

Additionally, the role demands the preparation of accurate sales reports and participation in strategic planning to support customer growth and business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Expertise in customer relationship management and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of construction equipment, commercial vehicles, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
  • Data-driven decision-making and the ability to generate sales performance reports
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments involving both office and remote operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term partnerships is a plus
