Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven **Sales Executive cum Personal Assistant** to support business development while providing executive-level administrative assistance to the Group CEO.

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized professional who can confidently represent the company, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional executive support.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilitiessales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, trading, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client visits.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Monitor emails and ensure timely follow-up on important matters.
  • Assist in preparing company documents, tenders, and business proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum **5 years of proven experience** in sales, business development, or executive assistance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
