JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in Ocean Freight Export (FCL/LCL) to join our growing commercial team.
The ideal candidate will bring an established client base, deep market knowledge, and a track record of driving new business in the UAE freight forwarding sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for Ocean Freight Export (FCL/LCL)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of direct shipper accounts across the major trade lanes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, carrier pricing, and emerging trade lane opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on freight forwarding sales experience, with a strong and specific focus on Ocean Freight Export
- Proven, portable client base within the UAE freight forwarding market
- Solid understanding of FCL/LCL operations, carrier contracts, and export documentation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
- UAE market experience is essential
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
