We are expanding our Dubai operations and looking for an extraordinary Senior Sales Executive to drive business development for our state-of-the-art HVAC project and implementation divisions.

About The Role
As a pivotal member of our commercial team, you will be the face of our company to top-tier MEP consultants, main contractors, and real estate developers across the UAE.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value project opportunities, providing sophisticated technical sales consultations, and closing strategic contracts that elevate our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new HVAC project implementations and contracting opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in Dubai and the wider UAE.
Strategic Networking: Build, manage, and sustain impressive relationships with key decision-makers, including MEP Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, and Facility Management companies.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and pre-qualification to complex contract negotiations and deal closure.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Ensure all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts are meticulously tracked and maintained within the company’s CRM system to drive data-led business strategies.
Technical Consultation: Collaborate closely with our internal engineering and estimation teams to present tailored, highly efficient climate control solutions that meet client specifications and budget requirements.
Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor GCC industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega-projects to position the company competitively.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 3–7 years of proven, successful B2B sales experience specifically within the HVAC, MEP, or technical contracting industries in the UAE.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
However, an exceptional, proven track record of sales success within the UAE HVAC/MEP market will be highly valued in lieu of a specific degree.
Network: An established, active network of relevant industry contacts (Consultants, Developers, Contractors) within the Dubai market.
Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a command of premium, professional English. (Arabic is a strong plus).
Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
