Waha Air is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Professional to join our growing HVAC team in Dubai.
If you have strong experience in HVAC procurement, supplier coordination, sourcing, and project purchasing within the UAE market, we would like to hear from you.
About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for HVAC projects, maintenance operations, and technical supply requirements while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure HVAC equipment, spare parts, and project materials
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners
- Obtain and evaluate quotations based on technical and commercial requirements
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Work closely with project, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Identify and introduce new suppliers and alternative sourcing channels to the company
- Focus on cost optimization and profitability within procurement operations
Required Experience In
- VRF Systems
- Chiller Systems
• Ducted & Cassette Type AC Systems
- Copper Pipes and HVAC Accessories Procurement
• Rooftop Units & DX AHU Systems
- Ecology Units
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC procurement within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and suppliers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with UAE market pricing and sourcing channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems
- Strong analytical and cost management skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage
