Role overview
Manage and grow strategic accounts, primarily in the Decorative Projects segment.
Drive growth through customized coating solutions, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer relationships.
Role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the Project Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Serve as main contact for ATL customers in Riyadh and develop major accounts.
- Work with tier-1 contractors and develop certified applicators for correct use of Hempel materials.
- Support customer headquarters on major projects across Saudi Arabia, including NEOM, entertainment cities, and airports.
- Deliver volume, value, and profitability targets; provide technical specifications and commercial quotations.
- Introduce and launch new products, including PFP and flooring.
- Coordinate orders and pricing strategies with customer service and product forecasting with logistics.
- Manage receivables and working capital, maintain CRM records, and follow up on opportunities.
- Develop and communicate plans to grow sales and market share.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and proven leadership experience in commercially driven strategic sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Teams, and Dynamic AX.
- Excellent spoken and written English and ability to communicate in Arabic.
- Customer-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to deliver short-term sales results while building lasting relationships.
