Hands-on Senior Sales Executive role based at the Ajman office and described as on-site and field-oriented.
Personally follow enquiries, prepare quotations, visit customers, negotiate, close orders and follow collections through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Convert company-generated enquiries into confirmed, profitable orders.
- Develop customers among contractors, consultants, facility-management companies, rental and event companies, traders, government and industrial buyers.
- Sell portable toilets, handwash stations, security cabins, prefabricated units and customised GRP solutions.
- Qualify requirements, arrange site visits and issue accurate quotations promptly.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups, next actions and sales forecasts in CRM.
- Negotiate price, commercial terms and payment schedules while protecting margin.
- Coordinate with production, operations and logistics after order confirmation.
- Take ownership of customer complaints, advances and overdue-payment recovery.
- Submit daily activity, pipeline, order and collection reports.
Essential requirements
- Proven UAE/GCC B2B, construction-product, technical or project-sales experience.
- Evidence of personally achieved sales targets and personally secured orders.
- Strong closing, negotiation, account-management and collection skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence; own car is preferred.
- Able to work from the Ajman office and travel across the UAE.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Excel, quotations and pipeline reporting.
- Professional English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Relevant industry experience
- Experience in construction materials, portable sanitation, GRP/FRP, prefab or modular buildings, cabins, MEP products, building materials, equipment rental, hygiene, cleaning equipment, water or waste solutions is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month depending on relevant experience and verifiable previous compensation, plus performance incentives under company policy.
