Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Sales Executive.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving enrollments, building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, and implementing strategic initiatives to grow business opportunities.
Responsibilities
include managing client accounts, identifying key market opportunities, meeting sales targets, and representing the KFG brand positively and professionally within the community.
The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational experiences while contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Sales, account management, and business development skills
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Organizational and time management skills with an ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of early years education and/or the childcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales within the education or childcare sector is a bonus
