Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts forward.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales cycle from initiation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and negotiations.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management regularly.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and achieve targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and close deals.
