Senior Sales Engineer focused on growing heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) sales in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop HCV sales across fleet, government, waste management, logistics, transportation, rental, and other commercial segments.
- Explain vehicle specifications, applications, and suitability for customer requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and build long-term relationships with fleet operators, government organizations, and commercial customers.
- Recommend vehicle solutions based on customer operations and applications, and support test drives when required.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery, and payment collection.
- Negotiate and close sales, managing pricing, specifications, terms, and conditions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and follow-up.
- Maintain customer records, forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and activity updates in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, pricing, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Coordinate internally to respond to customer requirements and ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of heavy commercial vehicle experience in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
- Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of trucks.
- Proven business development and customer relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Pay
- AED 12,000–20,000 per month.
