Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their spare parts requirements.
- Identify correct parts using EPC / Electronic Parts Catalogues.
- Search for parts using model, serial number, chassis number, or part number.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Check stock and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain customer relationships and support sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales or counter sales.
- Hands-on experience with EPC / Electronic Parts Catalogues is essential.
- Good knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and components.
- Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, JCB, Doosan, Hyundai, or similar brands.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- UAE/GCC heavy equipment spare parts market experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
