• As a Senior Sales Advisor - Well Construction, you will be responsible for:
• Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Handling important business unit clients
• Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
• Handling big or challenging markets or multi country

• To be successful in this role, you must:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology from an accredited university or college
• Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Well Construction and Drilling Services Sales
• Have experience with P&L and Tenders
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and lead programs / projects.
• Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Have established project management skills.
