Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager in Jeddah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong and long-lasting business relationships, and achieving sustainable growth in sales by providing tailored technology solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Attract potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and manage the entire sales cycle until closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s business.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and relationship development with clients.
  • Strong experience in customer service and satisfaction.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales within the IT sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong network and existing client base in the Western region.
  • Outstanding skills in client acquisition and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
  • High negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in IT solutions or technology sector (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or any related field.
