Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sr.

Sales Account Manager role is based in Jeddah.

The person in this position will manage key client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive sales of infrastructure, networking, and data center solutions.

Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product presentations and demos, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue and margin targets.

Sales Account Manager will collaborate closely with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer needs and ensure high service quality.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing accurate sales forecasting, and continuously following up with customers to support satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales development within IT infrastructure, networking, or related technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical solutions (e.g., data centers, LAN/WAN, security, IP telephony) and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales or account management experience in technology or ICT sectors; previous experience in B2B environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in an on-site environment in Jeddah and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations
