About the role
We are hiring your skills to envisage, adapt and evolve business process within Revenue Management working closely with Pricing and Inventory teams as well as Strategic Alliances, Airline Partnerships, Global Sales, Digital Direct, Loyalty, Commercial Marketing teams and Qatar Holidays teams to optimize revenue.
- Ensure that the business processes and systems operate in tandem towards Qatar Airways Strategic goals to maximize revenue opportunity for Qatar Airways.
- Build revenue/data based pricing models and utilize them to provide pricing guidance to the interline unit.
- Execute scenario modelling to analyse potential revenue impact of changes to interline/codeshare fares/rules.
- Support implementation of interline fare/rule changes after revenue potential analysis.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to uncover new pockets of revenue on interline/codeshare routes.
- Analyse and evaluate new offline fare requests.
- Manage filing of add-ons and ensure communication to all stake holders including sales, alliances and revenue accounting.
- Provide data analysis that supports development of interline policies and offline pricing strategies/plans that optimize generation of interline passenger revenues for Qatar Airways.
- Generate reports for head of pricing/RM/alliances on offline and interline performance and efficiency.
- Contribute to delivering the department’s revenue budget by providing analysis that highlights opportunities for Qatar Airways to expand the network pricing reach and generate incremental traffic on Qatar Airways flights.
- Develop and maintain effective pricing strategies and structures across Global accounts including global corporate sales, global price products for niche segments (Students, Marine, Missionary, Cruise, Sports) and global OTAs

Qualification
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Team.
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Airline Revenue Management
- Knowledge of Revenue Management methodologies and principles with a strong foundation in ATPCo standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Partnerships, filing of add-ons, routings, Joint Businesses and Block Space Partnerships
- Experience of working in a strategy focused role will be an added advantage.
- Advanced analytical ability and strong understanding of mathematical and economic concepts as related to revenue management & pricing.
- Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools like Ms. Excel, SQL , Alteryx , Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Good knowledge of airline pricing and revenue management systems and tools such as PROS, Amadeus, airline tariffs, APTCO or SITA fare filing, Pricing Systems (PLP, AirPrice SITA, Airnguru or Sabre), Infare or Group Revenue Management Systems.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflows. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train, and foster teamwork among team members.
