Role Overview

The Retail Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day retail operations for a technology-driven platform, ensuring seamless execution of logistics, inventory, and customer service workflows.

This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency across a distributed workforce, leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end retail operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support escalations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven process improvements for inventory forecasting and demand planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer feedback scores.
  • Manage remote teams of retail associates, providing training and performance feedback to maintain service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in retail operations management, with direct experience in inventory control and supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and AI-driven analytics tools for demand forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage remote teams, including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in customer service operations with a focus on resolving high-priority escalations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
