Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Journalist to work on a contractor basis.

As a Journalist, you will be responsible for applying your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Your work will contribute to the development of frontier AI models, enabling high-quality contributions at scale.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your domain knowledge to the rapidly evolving field of AI, working with a global leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, pitch, and develop original news stories, features, and in-depth articles for AI training purposes.
  • Conduct interviews, gather firsthand insights, and verify facts using authoritative sources to create accurate and compelling content.
  • Create clear, compelling, and accurate written content tailored to diverse audiences, adhering to editorial standards and best practices.
  • Edit and proofread articles to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and other journalists to produce high-quality content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong research and interviewing skills, with the ability to gather information from a wide range of sources and conduct thorough fact-checking.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong initiative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply domain knowledge to complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
