Overview

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans
• Act as the central guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and markets
• Lead the development of brand storytelling, ensuring strong emotional connection and cultural relevance
• Oversee creative direction across campaigns, content, retail, digital, and social channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand and performance strategies are aligned
• Drive PR strategy, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility
• Identify and activate culturally relevant opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
• Manage relationships with external partners including creative and PR agencies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, retail, and leadership teams
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a strong brand-led culture internally

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior brand leadership role within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries
• Strong background in brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated marketing
• Experience working with PR, content, and creative agencies
• A strong creative sensibility combined with commercial and strategic thinking
• Track record of building and scaling brands in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments
• Strong understanding of both long-term brand building and short-term execution
