About the Role:
Camping Maxx Outdoor Equipment LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Retail Operations Manager (Outdoor Equipment) to oversee retail operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing store performance, optimizing operations, and driving sales growth in the outdoor and equipment retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations of retail stores and outlets
• Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and profitability
• Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, merchandising, and supply chain coordination
• Process Optimization: Improve store operations, efficiency, and workflow
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, sales metrics, and operational performance
• Team Leadership: Manage store managers, supervisors, and retail staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in retail operations or multi-store management
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and sales management skills
• Education: Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, outdoor equipment, or consumer goods
• Leadership: Ability to manage multiple locations and high-performing teams
