Senior Reservoir Engineer
- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مهندس مكامن أول ذو خبرة عالية في هندسة المكامن النفطية لتحليل أداء المكامن وتطوير نماذج محاكاة دقيقة تدعم تحسين الإنتاج واستراتيجيات تطوير الحقول النفطية والغازية، مع ضمان تعظيم الاستخراج بكفاءة اقتصادية وتقنية.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحليل خصائص المكامن النفطية والغازية وتقييم أدائها الإنتاجي.
- بناء وتحديث نماذج المحاكاة (Reservoir Simulation Models).
- تطوير استراتيجيات تحسين الاستخراج (EOR/IOR).
- إعداد توقعات الإنتاج طويلة وقصيرة المدى.
- تحليل بيانات الضغط والإنتاج وسلوك الموائع في المكامن.
- التعاون مع فرق الحفر والإنتاج والهندسة الجيولوجية.
- تقييم الفرص الاقتصادية لتطوير الحقول.
- دعم قرارات تطوير المشاريع النفطية بناءً على التحليل الفني.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والتوصيات للإدارة العليا.
- متابعة أحدث التقنيات في هندسة المكامن وتحسين الإنتاج.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في هندسة البترول أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 15 سنة في هندسة المكامن.
- خبرة قوية في نمذجة المكامن ومحاكاة الإنتاج.
- معرفة ببرامج هندسة المكامن مثل:
- Eclipse
- CMG
- Petrel
- فهم جيد لخصائص الموائع الجوفية وسلوك المكامن.
- خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- تحليل بيانات المكامن والنمذجة.
- اتخاذ القرار الفني المبني على البيانات.
- التفكير التحليلي وحل المشكلات.
- العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات التواصل والعرض الفني.
- إدارة المشاريع الفنية.
